Terms of Service

Effective October 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of FiveStar Replies (the “Service”). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you agree on that business's behalf.

The Service

FiveStar Replies uses artificial intelligence to draft replies to customer reviews. Replies are suggestions. You decide whether to use, edit or post them, and you are responsible for anything you publish.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• write fake reviews, or replies that impersonate customers or other businesses;
• harass, threaten or defame anyone, or disclose other people's private information;
• break the law or the rules of the review platforms where you post;
• overload, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass usage limits.

AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation. Review every reply before posting it. We do not guarantee that replies will be accurate, suitable or effective, or that they will comply with any platform's policies.

Plans and billing

• The free plan includes a limited number of replies per day (3 without an account, 10 with a free account). We may change free limits at any time.
• Pro costs US$19 per month, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Pro includes unlimited replies subject to fair use, currently up to 500 replies per day.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro until then.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months, except where the law requires otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected].
• Prices do not include taxes unless stated. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next billing period.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service at risk. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence still apply where relevant.
